A true sense of home
at Cornell
The security and belonging that allowed you to fearlessly explore everything the university had to offer. A residential-learning environment where diversity of character made the brotherhood stronger, where leadership was not taught in a classroom but practiced every single day, and where the experience of those years shaped the person you became long after you left the Hill.
This living, breathing community enriched the most transformative years of a young man’s life. A place where young men arrive as individuals and grow into brothers, shaped not by any single moment but by three years of living alongside men who challenged them, believed in them, and held them to something higher. The friendships built inside those walls did not stay there. They followed you into your career, your family, your life. They still do.

That legacy only continues if the house itself does. The Epsilon of Sigma Phi requires more than repairs. It requires constant care, competitive pricing for the young men who live here, and the resources to develop leadership and fellowship programs grounded in Sigma Phi's vision, mission and values. The campaign goal of $3.5 million for facility restoration, programmatic funds, and scholarships.
Over the summer of 2025, Cornell completed $400,000 in renovations of which we are responsible for half. Along with loan repayment and re-establishment costs, we need $300,000 by 6/30/26 to make sure we are able to move forward with our re-start. Another $200,000 is needed to renovate the kitchen and to transform the basement social space into a billiard room or a museum dedicated to alumni achievement, all to be move-in ready by August 2027.

What your support makes possible
One Forest Park Lane has stood on this hill for more than 135 years. Preserving its historic character is not an act of nostalgia. It is a declaration of who we are and what we stand for.
New Sitting Room
New Living Room Floor
Every space within these walls carries stories and memories, rich with the architectural detail and craftsmanship that generations have come to cherish as their own. These rooms have inspired ambition, deepened conviction, and helped shape the men who passed through them, and they must continue to do the same for the men who walk these halls today.
This next chapter of thoughtful renewal ensures that the spark that ignites our journeys continues to burn here for decades of brothers still to come. This regeneration, inside and outside these walls, creates something far greater than an upgraded kitchen or refinished floors. It is a physical expression of the pride instilled in the men who spent their formative years here. It also kindles a shared sense of belonging in the young men now standing on the threshold of doing the same.

One Forest Park Lane has always been where brotherhood is forged. It is where conversations build lifelong trust, and where the quiet bond between a younger brother and an older one can change the course of a life.

A legacy like this does not sustain itself. It endures because the men who lived it believe in it and choose to give it back.
Now is that moment.
